Refund Policy

All Emerald James sales are final; however, we gladly offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unworn pieces in their original condition.

 

Complimentary repairs are available for workmanship defects reported within 90 days of delivery, with shipping covered both ways for approved warranty repairs.

 

After 90 days, repairs may be available for a fee and will be quoted based on the nature of the issue and availability of materials. Lost beads or gemstones are considered a paid repair unless the loss resulted from a covered workmanship defect.

 

Our estimated repair turnaround is 10–14 business days from the date your jewelry is received.
